Terms of Use

Conditions of access to the SAL Nexus readiness and transaction network.

1. Eligibility and access

SAL Nexus is an invitation and application based network for institutional participants: developers, intermediaries, capital-side users, IPPs and strategic buyers, and suppliers.

Access is granted per user, tied to a verified organisation, and may be suspended or revoked where eligibility, verification or conduct requirements are not met.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for enabling multi-factor authentication where required.

2. Accuracy of submitted information

You warrant that project passports, organisation details, evidence documents, mandates and bids you submit are accurate and that you are authorised to submit them.

Stale, expired or misleading records may be flagged, de-listed from matching, or removed.

3. Confidentiality

Information disclosed through data rooms, blind matches, diligence exchanges and procurement processes is confidential and may be used solely to evaluate the relevant opportunity.

You must not copy, redistribute or retain counterparty material beyond the access window granted, and must not attempt to circumvent the platform to transact around disclosed relationships.

4. Readiness assessments and matching

Readiness scores, tiers and match scores are platform assessments of execution preparedness generated from submitted evidence. They are not credit ratings, investment advice, or independent legal, technical, financial or insurance determinations.

All participants remain solely responsible for their own diligence and investment, offtake, procurement and financing decisions.

5. Procurement conduct

RFP deadlines, bid submissions, shortlisting and awards are enforced by the platform. Bids may not be altered after a deadline or award, and buyers may not participate as suppliers in their own processes.

6. Fees

Subscription, engagement and success fees are set out in your organisation's commercial arrangement and reflected in the fee statement available in the platform.

Invoices are payable by the stated due date; overdue balances may result in suspension of network access.

7. Liability

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, SAL Nexus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on network intelligence.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the network evolves; material changes will be notified in-platform.
